The team approach to patient care begins when a patient calls the office to make an appointment. Certainly the first people a patient interacts with are the people at the front desk. These are the people who answer the phones, who make the appointments, and who instruct and advise patients what to bring to the office for their visit. We are very proud of the fact that our entire staff, the front desk, the medical assistant and the technologists who perform the breathing tests have all been here for years. Each of them knows the patients as individuals with personal concerns and needs. When patients call and hear a familiar voice, it is reassuring to them that there is somebody who knows them and will help them.
